Reiki is a Japanese technique of energy healing in which the practitioner acts as a channel of "Life Force Energy" intended to encourage relaxation and reduce stress in the body by improving the flow of energy through the body. Studies have shown that Reiki can: - Calms the nervous system, alleviating anxiety, depression, mood swings, reactivity - Reduce brain fog and support focus and concentration - Boost the immune system - Supports overall wellbeing Reiki is a gentle and relaxing and is suitable for babies, kids, adults and pets. Reiki session options: - Adult session: 45-50 mins with a 10 min consultation - Kids session: 30 mins, this is for kids 4-12 years old - Mama & Baby session: 45-50 mins with a 10 min consultation, during this session mama & baby can cuddle and relax as they receive Reiki I am happy to offer Reiki to your fur babies (or fur-less babies- I love all creatures).
