About the event
This Sacred Sound Bath falls on the Full Moon in Gemini. This Full Moon is about communication, attitude, and sense of adventure. Something has been building inside of us, and now is the time when the energy of the cosmos fairly demands that we let it out. This is a great time to release any feelings that have been building over the past couple of weeks.
Please arrive a few minutes early for tea , snacks and conversation. The session is 45-55 minutes long. All are welcome!
Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye cover- basically anything you need to be comfy!
(there are some yoga mats and cushions available, but not many)
There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.
Space is limited to 11 people, please save your spot if you plan to attend.
